Are you experienced in supporting a successful sales team? Or do you have similar experience from another office support function who has fantastic organisational skills with a strong customer focus?

This rapidly growing company is looking to add an experienced professional to their established sales team.

About The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an established sales team in a support function, providing an extremely varied role. The main focus is to help preserve top-class customer service and satisfaction to maintain excellent client relationships.

Working from the office, duties will include.

  • Assisting the Sales Team with customer enquiries and preparation for meetings.
  • Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email.
  • Managing and recording relevant documentation.
  • Managing company samples –stock checking, recording, ordering, packing, and posting,
  • Aiding with the organisation and management of exhibitions, meetings, and relevant travel/accommodation arrangements.

About You

It is essential that you are an enthusiastic, friendly, and organised individual with excellent oral and written communication.

It is preferable that you have experience in a support function (minimum 2 years), and it would be advantageous if this was within a sales environment.

Eager to learn and develop, the position will come with extensive training to allow you to thrive in this new position.

My client is willing to make this position either Full-Time or Part-Time depending on the person. Part-Time could be made up of half-days or fewer working days.
