Amidst the chaos of a global recession, Mase Consulting Ltd was officially registered as a business with Companies House and the lease for our first office was signed.
We won our first major international account, the partnership has flourished, and we continue to trade with them today.
After early success within the first two years, the team began to expand and we welcomed our first Trainee Recruiter to the team.
As our success and client base grew, we required a more professional space which led us to move to a newly built office in Warrington.
We expanded into the Scientific field, delivering both technical and commercial assignments within the UK. Since then, we have become recognised within the sector as the recruitment partner of choice for many clients.
With a genuine passion, interest and hundreds of successful case studies of Technical Sales and Engineering hires, we streamlined the business to focus on our niche.
Our reputation as the go-to technical recruiter and the recognition of our commitment to customer care led us to win ‘Best Small Business’ award at the St Helens Business Awards and finalist at the Greater Manchester Business Awards.
Achieving our biggest year in company history resulted in us being recognised as finalists at the British Business Awards and St Helens Scale Up Business of the Year awards.
In January 2024, we moved back to our roots, setting up our new HQ in Ancoats, right in the heart of Manchester City Centre.
