About The Role

Operating in a mixed new business and account management role, you will develop relationships with Distribution, Warehousing and Intralogistics clients, often working with facilities handling a large volume of parcels, packages, letters etc.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting for new customers.

It’s essential you have gained a minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience within a Mechanical Engineering discipline. This could include but is not limited to engineering components and consumables such as bearings, power transmission, idlers, pulleys, rollers, drives, gears or sprockets.

Candidates with a background in MRO sales would be at a distinct advantage, be it with a distributor or manufacturer.

An engineering education is beneficial, but NOT required.

Past success working with End Users in the Food, Beverage, Packaging, Intralogistics, Distribution, or Warehousing sectors would allow candidates to transition well into this role.
