- £25K – £35K Basic (Salary dependent on experience)

About the position
In line with our exciting growth plans, we wish to recruit a talented individual to play a key role in identifying and attracting new team members to the business and also providing support on client vacancies.
Taking a lead role you will:
- Coordinate and collaborate with marketing to provide engaging ways to attract new hires
- Searching, identifying and approaching potential candidates
- Interviewing candidates and assessing their suitability
- Discussing opportunities and future prospects
- Utilising tools such as LinkedIn to approach passive candidates
- Writing engaging job advertisements to attract talent
- Coordinating full recruitment campaigns
- Account Manage a small portfolio of existing clients
- Providing resourcing and candidate support to the consultants

About you
You will be an Internal Recruiter / Recruitment Resourcer / 180 Delivery Consultant who is driven by quality and excited to lead our internal hiring efforts, alongside providing support on client recruitment campaigns.
You must:
- Share our passion for quality and world-class delivery
- Be self-motivated and energetic
- Enjoy and relish autonomy
- Be a great communicator with fantastic attention to detail
- Confident in sourcing candidates for various campaigns, utilising tools such as LinkedIn, Jobboards etc.
- Have the desire to be successful and progress your career
- Be keen to take on additional training and mentoring
