About The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take the next step in their career and develop within an established team. Reporting to the Admin Manager, you will assist with the administrational duties across various functions of the business.
Typical duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting new clients attending the site
- Organising and booking travel arrangements and hotels for employees
- Handling incoming calls in a professional manner and forwarding them to the relevant person
- Coordinating the meeting room diaries
- General administration duties
- Posting all outgoing mail including liaising with couriers
- Managing office supplies and placing orders for consumables
About You
You will ideally have 6 months of experience in a customer service, administration or receptionist role with great customer interaction, organisation and prioritisation skills. You will have a proactive approach to work and a willingness to get involved with the task at hand.
Other key skills include:
- Well-organised, self-motivated and approachable personality
- Enjoy a diverse range of administration and business support duties
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- An enthusiastic and professional communicator
- Willing to travel to other sites in the Northwest if needed (pool car provided)
- Full UK Driving License Required
